north-central Indiana west of Fulton | We had a 42’ bin pad poured 3 years ago. They dug a footer and poured that with rebar sticking up. Then they put a form around and used rebar around that looks similar to your picture. Over the center section is wire mesh. It was poured all at once then…..maybe 4’ from top of pad to bottom of footer. 60 some yard I think.
