Do yourself a favor and put all new cans on. If it's doing what you say it sound like some are leaking air and letting brakes drag, but if it won't stay stopped with button pulled that means you have springs broke in the cans that sets the brakes or the ones that set are super out of adjustment. Either way you need at least 1 or a few cans.
