They have no appeal for us, “here”. A cart load/truck works well for us. But we have to keep loads somewhat legal much of the time.
Don’t mean this in a demeaning way, but often, our cart operators aren’t the cream of the crop. Dumping the whole cart on a truck makes it pretty simple.
We replaced two of our 1050 Kinze’s with 1321’s for this fall (kept one 1050). We are able to tell how much is on the carts from the combine cabs and hope to only load them enough to fill one hopper. Realistically, we know they will get filled to the brim much of the time. Guess that’s something we’ll have to deal with as it comes. They should get the paint worn off tomorrow.
