NE WI | Lower fuel tank was leaking. Took it off and found a crack. Cleaned all the paint off. Proceeded to braze it up. The crack keeps extending and spreading. Metal is all fatigued. I tried 3 times. it has spread 3 inches from the start.
MiG weld would just turn it into a sprinkler can. I can’t weld thin metal.
I think I’m calling salvage yards tomorrow
