Southern Wisconsin | Replaced everything on driven shaft bearings snap rings washer etc. Shimming and keep bottoming cap out. Ended up putting back together by feel with an 0.035 shim, what could be wrong seems to be just fine but it like to find an answer.
Edit to add-
This all started after taking the teeth off 2 driven gears in a year, upon the very first time splitting the rear section I noticed a wear mark where the driven shaft was rubbing inside the counter shaft, assuming at that point it was shimmed to loose allowing the gear to spread under load and break the teeth, also apparently spreading so much to allow the two shafts to rub together
