I think hay hud is on the right track.
I'll restate it maybe it would make sense.
Using the x hub and the w sprocket place them together where they are not supposed to be. Butt them together and weld. It will be up to you to center them, but it is doable.
Make sure the chain has clearance when wrapping the sprocket that it doesn't touch the hub.
If that don't make sense, maybe we can draw a picture.
