Check dimensions.

A 9 tooth #80 roller sprocket will have a pitch diameter of roughly 3”. The height dimension of the roller link is 0.95”. If the hub OD is much larger than ~2”, it will not clear the link. So, you’re asking for a 3/8 key in a hub with a ~.25” wall thickness. Doubt you’ll find that off the shelf.

You could possibly have a hub machined with a very shallow key way, or investigate changing ratios or chain pitch.
