NC Iowa | it is for my two younger siblings who died in infancy back in the 1940's. not sure just why their graves were never marked, as it wasn't a topic that ever discussed . i would suppect it was just too painful a topic to talk about. my parents didn't have any money back then, and the memorial money was given to the church, which took it.
even though i never knew them i think about them often, and what my parents must have went through mourning their loss. i think their graves should be marked, and if i don't do it, they will never ever be marked. i have found very nice looking flat grave markers online for $300 to $450. they will put teddy bears, and angles on it too. seems like as i get older, i have a very soft spot in my heart for kids. | |
