Nebraska | I agree with Massey, a drinkable water source on the place or it’s not worth renting. Not that I haven’t hauled water before, but I am not going to sign up for that and pay for it also. Hauling water would equal free rent in my book, but everyone differs on how much the hassle factor of certain things are worth. | |
