North central MO | You’re the type of landowner that makes me shake my head in disbelief. you want top dollar rent BUT won’t spend a dime.
I know nothing about Colorado water but $18,000 dollars is pocket change on a $500,000- $1,000,000 estate. Especially with the two year payback.
