SW WI | I like looking at beef and pork prices in the grocery store, even though we butcher our own. Just for comparison sake.
I’m honestly surprised beef isn’t higher priced in stores, especially hamburger. But then again, in my mind I know what I get for my Holstein steers vs……what exactly is store bought hamburger ground from? | |
