This is the cost effective alternative to replacement of the transition cone. Our liners cost less than 1/4 of a new extended wear transition cone. The 2 piece liner allows for the rotor to be left in the machine during installation.

During installation of the liner is a good time to inspect the "H" Frame for wear on the front left corner. In the picture below you can see the wear on the front of the "H" frame. We have cut sections of the frame out and replaced them with a piece of AR steel. Also is a good time to check the rotor coupler, we recommend checking the torque on the bolts.

Abrasion Resistant Steel 10ga (.135)

Abrasion resistant steel boltin wear liner fabricated from Hardox 450. This material has a Brinell Hardness of 450. Welding the liner to the transition cone is optional as shown in the above picture. Ships via R+L carriers on a 4x4 skid. Multiple liners nest nicely and fit on the same skid. Freight is not included in the price.
